Fabian and Stephanie hand harvest Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes for their first wine. Only 3 barrels were made.
From the Latin word Fierce, Ferox was developed by Professor Herb Proske and his students at the Art Institute of Orange County in California.
Fabian and Stephanie purchase the Vignoble Rancourt Winery planted with mature Bordeaux vines on excellent soil, in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
